| Eric A. Stanley is a radical queer activist, outlaw academic and experimental
filmmaker. Eric has worked in the anti-globalization movements,
HIV/AIDS direct action, as well as countless other multi issue
organizing. Currently Eric works with Gay Shame; a virus in the system,
a queer direct action collective in San Francisco. S/he is also
currently working on a PhD in the History of Consciousness program at
the University of California, Santa Cruz. Under the direction of Donna
Haraway and Angela Davis, Eric is writing about the connections between
race, biocapital, anti-queer violence and sovereignty. Eric’s work has
been published in That’s Revolting! Queer Strategies for Resisting
Assimilation, Nobody Passes as well as magazines and journals. Eric can
